With an aim
to address the needs of the students and expand the horizon of knowledge by
controlling their mind, a fun filled interactive workshop was held at Meenakshi
Public School, Sec-10 A Gurgaon on 21 September 2015 for classes IV and V. The
resource person, Ms. Seema Nagar from The Times of India group stressed on
increasing concentration span and behavioural issues. To help students focus
better and deal with examination related concerns, riddles were asked. A series
of exercises and mind games to improve concentration were also practised with
the students.
The resource
person also elaborated on love for junk food and sprouting up of behavioural
issues. She gave easy methods to refrain from distractions. The Principal, Ms.
Vipula Saxena addressed the kindled minds and told that as partners in
education we are preventing children from falling into the trap. Overall it was
a wonderful and encouraging session.
